Shipping policy

RTS orders are processed withinn 2-3 business days. Sometimes 5-6 depending on how many orders we have to fulfill 

Orders are not shipped on holidays

If Simply-Noel is experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of shipment of your order, we will contanct you via email

 

PREORDERS take 2-4 weeks for Simply-Noel to receive. Once I receive the product I will ship out within 24-48 hours.
